Potteries Radio Controlled Model Car Club was founded on 20th December 2021 by Dan Cooper, Peter Mulcahy, Dave Burton and Chris Ely, later joined by Paul Fisher and Craig Goodall. After returning to their local club when lock down was lifted due to COVID 19 they decided that a dedicated buggy club was needed with high grip carpet as there was no other RC club within a 40 mile radius that was dedicated to buggies only.
Two years on it became apparent the more outdoor tracks were also needed in the area. The PRCMCC team now with more man power started planning and looking for some space outside to build a track again with some ambitious plans to host club, regional and who knows national races.
